Moving forward, beginning on Saturday, March 8th (at The Plate) you'll now receive a card that you will need to keep and give to the dealer when you want to redeem it. Please note that these cards will have expiration dates and they WILL NOT be honored beyond the date written on the card. Cards were not issued at J Bar on March 6th, but bonuses will be honored on March 13th.
Any attempt to manipulate the date or location on the card will result in immediate removal from the League per Rule 7 of the MPL Player Code of Conduct.
WEEKLY RULES REMINDER!
This week's reminder comes from Rule 8a of the Player Code of Conduct and is reiterated in Rule 67 of the 2024 TDA Rules. It states:
"No Disclosure. One Player to a Hand Players must protect other players in the tournament at all times. Therefore players, whether in the hand or not, must not: 1. Discuss contents of live or mucked hands, 2. Advise or criticize play at any time, 3. Read a hand that hasn't been tabled. One-player-to-a-hand is in effect. Among other things, this rule prohibits showing a hand to or discussing strategy with another player, advisor, or spectator."
In the spirit of this rule, we ask that all players refrain from intentionally exposing their cards to other players, spectators, or dealers.
We also ask players to refrain from ridiculing, mocking, or criticizing how another player decides to play their hand, regardless of the situation.
Discussion of previous hands and strategies therein is okay and should be done respectfully within the rules stated above.
Tournament of Champions
Winners throughout the promotion earn seats to each league's in-house Tournament of Champions (TOC). The TOC is a special bonus tournament that runs at the end of the final regular season of the promotion. No matter how far out you might be in the season standings, you've always got a chance to come through the TOC right up to the final week of the last season! The TOC winner at each location earns the coveted TOC Medallion, seat in the Royal Court Nat'l Championship Main Event!
TOC's are scheduled April 1st-9th and can be seen here along with the list of current qualifiers:

You will receive an entry code to this weekly qualifier if you finish in the Top 3 of a nightly tournament. Go to www.playfpn.online to redeem and play your code. Also, you can finish in the Top 9 of Any Weekly Online Qualifier and earn a spot in a Monthly Online Qualifier Tournament.
