By participating in events, visiting our websites, or engaging with Misfits Entertainment, LLC and Misfits Poker League, LLC (“Misfits,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not participate in our events or use our services.

2. Eligibility

- You must be 21 years or older to participate in Misfits Poker League events.
- Participation is void where prohibited by law.

3. Free-to-Play Poker

- All Misfits Poker League events are free-to-play.
- No wagering, gambling, or buy-ins of any kind are permitted.
- Misfits does not operate as a casino or gaming establishment.

4. Memberships and Benefits

- Memberships may be offered for additional benefits, promotions, or rewards.
- Membership fees, when applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Membership does not alter the free-to-play nature of the poker games.

5. Prizes and Rewards

- Prizes may be offered by Misfits, participating venues, or third-party sponsors.
- Prizes are not guaranteed and may change or be substituted without notice.
- Eligibility for prizes may require membership or compliance with additional rules.

6. Venue Partnerships

- Events are hosted at independent partner venues.
- Venues may offer specials, food, drinks, or additional promotions.
- Misfits is not responsible for the operations, services, or policies of partner venues.

7. Code of Conduct

- Players must act with respect, good sportsmanship, and honesty.
- Cheating, collusion, disruptive behavior, or harassment will result in removal.
- Misfits reserves the right to suspend or ban any participant at its discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

- Participation is at your own risk.
- Misfits is not responsible for personal injury, venue-related issues, or lost property.
- Misfits provides no guarantee regarding event availability, continuity, or prize value.

9. Intellectual Property

- Misfits Poker League branding, logos, website content, and materials are our property.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written consent.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
