Due to an increased concern by players about player rule abuses, we are now instituting the Misfits Penalty Reporting System. This is a system designed to correct behavior before it becomes an issue and curtail those who attempt to abuse and/or side-step the rules.

I am reaching out to let everyone know about a rule enforcement and penalty procedure, and what you can do to help.
