NEW STRUCTURE IS COMPLETE: Rules Update!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your input and feedback over the last few weeks has been crucial in helping me work through this process.


The ultimate goal behind these changes is simple: to provide a true opportunity to learn the game of poker and transition that knowledge to casino play as seamlessly as possible.


Always Free to Play


First and foremost, nothing changes about what makes Misfits Poker special:

All Misfits Poker League events remain completely FREE to our members.There is no buy-in required—ever.



Starting Stacks:

  • Starting stack: 12,000 chips (60 BB)

  • NO RE-ENTRY!



Bonuses:

  • All bonuses EXCEPT the Mystery Bonus will be 2,000 chips (10BB)

  • The Mystery Bonus will remain at 3,000 chips (15BB)

  • All card-based bonuses (High Hand, Mystery, Play & Earn, & Birthday), will be vaild for 30 days from the issue date.



Dealer Appreciation:

  • Dealer Appreciation remains optional.

  • Dealer Appreciation is now $20 for 16,000 chips (80BB)

Late Registration:

  • Late registration remains open until the END OF LEVEL 8. Registration will be closed at the beginning of the second break. Players arriving ANY TIME during the second break will not be allowed to enter the tournament.

  • New adjustment: Any player registering AFTER the end of Level 4 will receive a starting stack of 10,000 chips. Players arriving during the first break will receive a starting stack of 10K.

  • Late registrants are still eligible for:

    • All applicable bonuses

    • Optional Dealer Appreciation



Blind Structure & Chip Management


Color-Ups

  • At the end of Level 8, we will COLOR-UP

    • Black (100) chips

    • Red (500) chips


To help with a smooth transition:

  • Players will be asked in Level 7 to buy up majority of Black (100) chips.

  • Players will be asked in Level 8 to buy up majority Red (500) chips.

  • The dealer will announce and manage who buys up chips during each level
